I haven't played anything from Square in AGES, and typically you cannot sell quest-critical items in ANY game (especially not without a buyback). The UI did not make it clear that getting rid of that item was a one way trip.By your logic I should be looking up everything about a game rather than just playing it? I didn't expect the only challenging thing about this title to be knowning what to sell:(Again, I haven't played an FF game REALLY since FFX, so it didn't occur to me that it's safer just to hold on to everything.
A Better Engine Blade
I tend to be a little OCD about inventory management, so I always try to get rid of anything I'm not using, regardless of sell value. I'll get it back with CE just so I don't have to start over, because I don't see myself playing this more than once; I tend to gravitate to difficult games, and this is going to need some modding love to make it a bit more challenging.
