You can do so by simply clicking flair under your link! Hello, I bought a Razer holiday bundle that included the cynosa pro keyboard and deathadder mouse. I am using them mainly on my macbook pro. I installed synapse 2.0 on my mac and for some reason the software does not recognize either device and says 'Please connect a razer synapse enabled device'.I also installed synapse 2.0 on my secondary windows 10 laptop. The software on there works perfectly and recognizes both devices and allows me to change the settings and what not.
I was able to change the color, unplug it from the windows computer and then plug it into my mac and the color change stayed to what I had changed it to.Any ideas as to why the software on my mac wont recognize the hardware? Or anyway how to fix it?. Bro I need your help. I can't find any forum with an answer, but after I just recently found out that the death adder and cynosa PR had 3 colors I changed them to light blue and now my shit's all retarded. They both bugged out until windows said they didn't recognize them, so I unplugged and replugged, and the mouse is kinda working, but the keyboard is not working at all. I can get the mouse to work, but double clicking opens up properties of whatever icon or file instead of just double clicking like normal. I can't find a 'revert to factory settings' option anywhere, either.
